**At least 2 years of recent administrative healthcare experience is REQUIRED**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating "Provider Changes". Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a high volume of provider changes, such as new phone numbers, addresses, and fax numbers. You will ensure that all information is accurately updated across multiple providers, which can impact up to 10 providers at a time. Attention to detail is paramount, as inaccuracies can lead to claims being rejected and important information not reaching the intended recipients. Additionally, you will be responsible for adding new providers to the system, ensuring all data is entered correctly and efficiently. *Skills* Data entry, Data management, Ms office suite *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Experience with managed care database applications; Amisys experience preferred. High typing speed and 10-key accuracy. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize and prioritize vital information. Consistently maintain high quality and production standards. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
