Position supports the Clinical Center of Excellence as a member of the Health Equity Team in activities related to the project management of Health Outcomes Survey (HOS)-related and Health equity initiatives and to research, develop and create new HOS interventions and programs. Additionally, supports other project management programs, quality improvement activities (e.g. NCQA Health Equity Accreditation) including measurement reporting and analysis. You Will Project manage the request for proposal (RFP)HOS-related programs process and implementation of solutions to drive high performance on quality measures. Research, develop and create new quality interventions and programs. Manage and oversee new project efforts specific to quality HOS and Health Equity initiatives. Gain an understanding of the business needs and develop a project approach to achieve the desired outcomes. Manage multiple campaigns and RFP efforts related to quality initiatives, partnering with resources in other departments and vendors as needed. Plan, budget, monitor and report on the project with project management tools. Identify project barriers and troubleshoot issues, proposing solutions related to quality initiatives and the RFP process. Establish project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Manage resources and lead quality assurance to project completion. Collaborate with Program Sponsor(s) to design and execute quality initiative programs and evaluate their effectiveness. Communicate effectively and liaise between project/program sponsor(s), executive team, and project team(s) of all levels in the company. Facilitate vendor relationship relevant to project work. Work with internal business users and contracted provider network to ensure compliance with CMS and DHCS quality standards. Prepare clear and concise presentations for committee and departmental meetings. Update and maintain quality improvement HOS-related program documents, work plans, and annual evaluations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Act as the liaison and support internal customers related to analytic requests, tool development, report production and RFP efforts. Your Qualifications Bachelor Degree in business, healthcare or equivalent A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed above. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred). 5-7 years' experience in project management 3-5 years' experience in managed care industry (preferred) 2 years' experience in data analysis or information management (preferred) Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task Critical thinking and problem solving Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to express ideas in a clear and organized manner Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple projects with changing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications What's in it for you?
