Job Title: Senior Superintendent (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Job Duties: Provide overall leadership for maintaining a safe workplace, on-site field administration, supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of assistants, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction personnel. Direct others in planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget and safely. Promote and enhance client relationships, public relations, company worth, and the company image. Review and monitor all jobsite control reporting measures including daily reports, payroll, quantity reporting, and timesheets. Evaluate schedule and construction sequence to determine ways to reduce construction time and cost. Perform other construction supervision duties as assigned.

Job Site: Charlotte, NC.

Travel: Position is for roving employee who will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. according to business need. Less than 10 percent of time spent travelling to project sites and company offices throughout the US.
