This Art Director is responsible for translating strategic business goals into compelling visual concepts that elevate the company brand, drive consistency, and support a wide range of marketing and communication initiatives across enterprise-level services. - Evolves the brand's visual identity across all channels and service lines, translating complex service offerings into clear, compelling visuals that resonate with audiences
- Partners with marketing, communications, and service teams to develop strong, consistent creative across campaigns, comms, presentations, and digital content in line with industry best practices
- Collaborates closely with business partners across the organization to understand goals, shape creative strategy, and deliver impactful design solutions
- Mentors and collaborates with the in-house designers to deliver high-quality assets, ensuring visual excellence and brand alignment across all creative materials produced by the team
- Reviews, refines, and contributes to design work as needed, prioritizing requests and balancing creative quality with speed and efficiency
- Proactively develops scalable processes or templates to streamline work and reduce repetitive design tasks
- Ensures brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints, including educating and empowering non-designers to uphold visual standards where appropriate

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or related field required
- At least 7 years' experience in graphic design, visual design, or art direction with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and execution across all media required
- Experience managing multiple projects within enterprise-level organizations, supporting multiple service lines or units required
- Strong understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling across platforms (web, social, presentations, video)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of leadership to clearly articulate design rationale and best practices while understanding the balance of the business requirements and goals required
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), design and prototyping tools (Figma, Frame.io), video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro), project management tools (Monday.com) required

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between $110,000 and $146,000. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
