The Advisor, Corporate Affairs and Communications, is responsible for helping to inform and inspire TransUnion associates in support of the organization's growth and success. This role is a part of TransUnion's Corporate Affairs & Communications team, responsible for building the reputation of the company as a global information and insights company that makes trust possible in global commerce. Your work will help strengthen associates' understanding of the company and our impact as a Workforce for Good, and also build their connection with our brand and each other.

You'll serve as the internal communications partner for our Global Technology and Solutions teams during an exciting time. You'll lead conversations with our technology and solutions leaders to understand their business objectives, then create and execute communication strategies that deliver mutually determined outcomes. You'll develop communication plans, messaging and deliverables that help our associates connect with each other, deliver the business strategy, live our brand and values, and achieve organizational transformation initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 plus years of internal communications experience with exceptional ability to write, edit and present compelling content
  • Leadership presence and ability to form consultative relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed environment and provide advice that balances corporate and functional requirements.
  • Ability to work independently in a complex environment with general direction from leadership.
  • High accountability to deliver excellent communications with professionalism and creativity, including resource management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Proven aptitude to conduct thoughtful analysis of stakeholder needs, translate change management plans into change communications, and produce strong strategic and tactical communications plans.
  • Passion for how internal communications shapes associate experience and helps drive strategy.
  • Comfort with working under deadline pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or another related field and/or professional qualification in related field.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in information services and/or financial services
  • Experience communicating with a diverse international audience
  • Advanced degree
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French

Impact You'll Make:

  • Develop and maintain TransUnion's internal communications strategy and plan for our global technology and solutions teams
  • Create a variety of technology and solutions internal communications campaigns, as well as leadership communications, taking a 'one TU' approach aligned to the enterprise brand while also tailoring to business segment needs, audiences and cultures
  • Serve as strategic communications counsel to key internal stakeholders, providing insight and coaching on communication needs and opportunities
  • Produce creative content for digital, people and experience channels, including newsletters, intranet, email, presentations, social media, digital signage and more
  • Measure activities, engagement and outcomes, ensuring activity aligns to wider strategic business goals
  • Your work will help strengthen associates' understanding of the company and advance our impact as a Workforce for Good.

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

    Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
