Are you a driven leader with warehouse operations experience and a passion for team development? We're looking for a Bilingual Assistant Building Manager to help lead the daily operations of a high-performance warehouse. In this pivotal role, you will supervise warehouse staff, oversee equipment management and maintenance, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive results. Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday, 10-hour shift Salary: Up to $75,000/yr. Key Responsibilities: Ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations to meet service standards Direct and develop supervisors, leads, and warehouse staff for peak performance Manage labor scheduling, shipping and receiving, and equipment tracking Partner with the Building Manager to train personnel and optimize operations Uphold compliance with SOPs and regulations including OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, and FDA Lead customer service initiatives and foster strong client relationships Maintain accurate warehouse metrics, reports, and continuous improvement plans Qualifications: 7 years of management experience in a 3PL managing over 50 employees Strong supervisory, customer service, and communication skills Must be bilingual English/Spanish Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with WMS systems Knowledge of mechanical equipment and warehouse safety protocols Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
