Bilingual Assistant Building Manager

Are you a driven leader with warehouse operations experience and a passion for team development? We're looking for a Bilingual Assistant Building Manager to help lead the daily operations of a high-performance warehouse. In this pivotal role, you will supervise warehouse staff, oversee equipment management and maintenance, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive results.

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday, 10-hour shift

Salary: Up to $75,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations to meet service standards
  • Direct and develop supervisors, leads, and warehouse staff for peak performance
  • Manage labor scheduling, shipping and receiving, and equipment tracking
  • Partner with the Building Manager to train personnel and optimize operations
  • Uphold compliance with SOPs and regulations including OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, and FDA
  • Lead customer service initiatives and foster strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate warehouse metrics, reports, and continuous improvement plans




Qualifications:



  • 7 years of management experience in a 3PL managing over 50 employees
  • Strong supervisory, customer service, and communication skills
  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with WMS systems
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment and warehouse safety protocols
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
