Shipping and Receiving Associate

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow your skills in a supportive team environment? Staffmark is hiring for an entry-level Shipping and Receiving Associate in Brentwood, TN! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced, focused workspace.

Pay: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Sort, log, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Audit each order for accuracy and include proper marketing materials
• Assemble display packaging, gift boxes, and custom shippers
• Palletize freight shipments using a pallet jack
• Receive and inspect incoming freight, noting any issues
• Maintain receiving logs and organize supplies
• Conduct regular inventory checks
• Keep warehouse and workstations clean and orderly
• Support overall team operations and safety practices

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling as needed
• Experience using a pallet jack
• English reading/writing proficiency
