Inventory Coordinator

As the Inventory Coordinator, you will optimizethe manufacturing plant's standard for inventory levels to ensure the right materials are available at the right time and streamline production workflow. You will develop detailed processes for managing inventory at each stage of the manufacturing process. You will report to the Warehouse Manager while working onsite in Cleveland, OH.

Main Responsibilities:

• Disposition inventory within plant campus for raw material reservations; ensure reservations are still active and needed for product batch
• Send unreserved raw material back to warehouse for storage
• Prioritize the return of unneeded raw material within 48 hours
• Audit, locate and scan supermarket raw material to their proper location; maintain supermarket inventory health and accuracy
• Scan material to current location
• Process raw material returns from suppliers
• Evaluate FIFO/partials of raw materials and their usage
• Cycle count inventory
• Deep dive and reconcile stagnant inventory
• Correct inventory inaccuracies and issues
• Prep/facilitate Physical Inventory within the plant and offsite warehouses

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 2+ years of inventory management experience required including physical inventory, cycle counts, transactional receiving experience
• ERP system experience, Oracle is beneficial
