Email Producer - Performance Marketing

Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid - in office Tuesdays/Thursdays)

Duration: 3 month with possible extension

Hours: Part Time 20 hrs a week

Join a global leader in marine recreation and innovation, is seeking an Email Producer to join our growing Performance Marketing team. This role will support email marketing operations across multiple brands, driving consumer engagement and business growth through effective campaign execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  Build, QA, and deploy marketing emails using branded templates.

  
  
• 
  

  Manage audience segmentation, list hygiene, and automated campaign workflows.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate cross-functionally to align email content with broader marketing strategies.

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor performance metrics, ensure deliverability, and implement improvements.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  3+ years of hands-on experience with a major ESP or email platform.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, compliance (GDPR), and automation.

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
