Overview

The Software Solution Architect position plays a crucial role in overseeing the designing and implementation of comprehensive technology solutions that address Business challenges in the eDiscovery Services and Archiving Technology area.

What you'll Do

  • design, implement, and manage the organization's software solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments

  • ensure that the software architecture is scalable, secure, and cost-effective, while meeting Business requirements

  • Create architectures that seamlessly integrate on-premises and cloud components to meet Business requirements

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure on premise and in cloud

  • Ensure that solutions comply with security standards and best practices ensuring compliance with relevant regulations for both on-premises and cloud environments

Skills You'll Need

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of cloud architecture principles, microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and server less computing

  • Strong background in software development, including experience with programming languages such as C#, Java or Python

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of on premise, hybrid, and cloud solutions

  • Ability to design ecosystems to be scalable and flexible to accommodate future growth and changing Business needs

How You'll Lead

  • Encourage a culture of innovation staying updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends. Strive for continuous improvement by regularly review the designs and update the systems to reduce technical debt

  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with Business goals

  • Ability to communicate skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to document architectural decisions

Skills to Help you Excel

  • Manage large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to document architectural decisions

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary, NC office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
