What you will do:

• Conduct analysis and identify trends with data derived various data sources including warranty databases and customer call logs.
• Review monthly warranty data for accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness.
• Create and maintain monthly reporting tools to share warranty costs and customer feedback information.
• Support warranty focused improvement teams and Kaizen events.
• Provide documentation, presentation material, and record-keeping support for facility technical training programs.
• Support plant wide Quality and Kaizen communication activities
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associated degree in related field
• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experaince
• Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in Kaizen improvement processes and the Toyota Production System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to employees, supervisors, support departments, and top management. Technical writing experience with procedures and work instructions preferred.
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to comprehend and apply principles of statistical theory. Familiarity with Histograms, Run charts, Pareto Charts, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Control Charts, and other basic quality problem solving tools. Ability to work with concepts.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $26.00-30.00 in Ohio. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
