Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global SRE, Product Delivery, Product Engineering, and Customer Care teams in delivering a true Cloud SaaS experience to our customers 24x7.
• Ensure consistent service availability by monitoring our environments' stability and performance using the right metrics and tooling.
• Perform day-to-day product operations like provisioning new customers, creating databases & schemas, database restores, configuring applications, patch management, systems administration.
• Document system architectures, systems configurations, and technical operational processes and policies.
• Work within one of our 24x7 schedules (Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday) and shifts (morning, mid, or night).
• Participating in maintenance activities and on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a career in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Due to the nature of this position and the work being performed, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week for 8+ weeks
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Practical understanding and usage of the key technologies: AD, SSO, SAML, SSL, WebServices, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, REST, SCP, FTPSis highly desired.
• Some working experience in an all SaaS environment preferred.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google and other cloud platforms preferred.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional lines.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Information

The U.S. hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
