ABOUT THE JOB

  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support for the recruiting function within the organization.
  • Manage personnel requisitions using ADP.
  • Post and advertise open positions across appropriate platforms.
  • Guide supervisors and managers through the interviewing process.
  • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate scheduling for on-site interviews.
  • Maintain proactive communication with supervisors regarding the status of open positions.
  • Complete pre-employment requirements.
  • Process employee status changes.
  • Assist with wage and benefit surveys.
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance Human Resource Department.

ABOUT YOU

  • Four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and ATS software.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Self-starter and collaborative team player.
  • Strong work ethic focused on continuous improvement of people, processes, and systems.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
