*FULL TRAINING PROVIDED - GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO THE HEALTHCARE FIELD* *SHIFT: MUST BE FLEXILBE BETWEEN 7AM - 6PM MONDAY - FRIDAY + SATURDAY (A 8 HOUR DAY/40 HOUR WORK WEEK WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU, SUNDAY OFF +1 DAY DURING THE WEEK)* *BOSTON, MA (ON SITE ONLY)* *$22/HR * *Qualifications: * * 2 years of call center experience * Experience handling high volume calls on queue * Experience updating CRM systems * Excellent communication skills *Description* * The Customer Service Center answers call 24x7 for the main published phone numbers for our hospitals and over 300 medical practices in the U * Processing calls for the Main Listed Number, Paging, Dispatch, and Answering Service * Responding to requests to page staff members and retrieving executed pages * Changing the current paging status as requested by the holder of the pager * Responding to requests from staff regarding department on-call schedules Database and directory updates * Maintaining the ability to multi-task and toggle between multiple screens seamlessly * Processing various Codes / Emergency calls in an accurate manner * Responding to all telephone inquiries for patient information, which may include handling confidential information *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45425.00 - $49375.00/yr.
