*Description* The Manager of Technical Services is responsible for overseeing and leading the Technical Support and Field Quality Assurance teams that operate around the clock, 24/7/365. While this role's working hours will primarily follow a set schedule, they must ensure continuous team performance and address urgent concerns. This role requires a strategic leader with deep management and technical expertise across hardware and multiple software systems and the ability to drive process improvements.
