Description Project Info: Initially, this consultant will be carrying out a migration across 2000+ mobile phones from Airwatch to Intune. The consultant will travel across the state to configure new devices with Intune and deactivate old devices with Airwatch. The consultant should also expect to provide basic instruction to end-users on how to install the new configuration and what changes. This project will go through the end of June. Following this project, DRC has additional projects lined up utilizing the same skillsets. The consultant should also expect to have ongoing responsibilities such as receiving tickets from ServiceNow end-users for new devices and creating tickets in Tangoe for equipment orders. The client onboards about 150 new employees every few weeks, and some (not all) of these employees will need mobile phones. The company's intention is to keep the resource on as long as performance is satisfactory and funding continues. Job Description Our client expects the candidate to be extremely well rounded in managing telecommunication tickets that may involve data entry, troubleshooting, critical thinking, inventory management, asset management, etc. This will involve traveling to London, OH to take inventory of the phones, etc./technology as it is sent/received. Will involve some data entry aspects to track assets. The candidate is responsible for managing the transfer of iPhones from AirWatch to Intune, as such a strong understanding of mobile device management will be required. The candidate should also have knowledge of Tango management for managing mobile phone devices, processing orders, some sales experience, and good customer service. Experience with leading training will be necessary. Experience Level Intermediate Level Running contract -- initially on a one-month project, but additional projects lined up for new fiscal year Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
