*Job Description:*
* Greet patients that come into the stores. * Effectively communicate and answer patient questions about products. * Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with customers. * Work in computer systems to open new patient accounts and complete sales transactions. * Take payment for cash sales and/or bill products to insurance, including gathering prescriptions and documents needed from physicians. * Responsible for selling additional products to customers/patients based on their needs. * Primarily work with walk-in customers and actively listen to their needs to pair solutions. * Take orders and enter them into the computer system with a high degree of accuracy. * Process orders on the back end. * Apply compression garments and stockings to swollen limbs. * Apply orthopedic braces. * Tend to 5-7 patients throughout the day. *Skills & Qualifications:* * Previous patient care experience and comfort with unpleasant health conditions. * Previous face-to-face customer service experience and familiarity with dealing with difficult clients. * Exceptional data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and high accuracy. * Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft programs, email, and Teams. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)* * Opportunity to go "on-call" and earn a bonus/stipend for those hours. * Large company presence across the United States. * Decent benefits package, including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance. *Work Environment:* * Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
