Role: Data Analyst Location: Charlestown, MA (Hybrid - Fully Remote First 90 Days) Length: 6-Month Contract **Candidates should be located in MA, NH, or ME since there is an On-Site requirement. We're looking for a Data Analyst with strong SQL and Power BI skills to support reporting, testing, and data-driven decision-making for a public sector organization. Key Responsibilities: * Write and optimize SQL queries (PostgreSQL & Oracle) * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models * Perform software testing and troubleshoot data issues * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements Qualifications: * 2-3 years of experience in SQL, Power BI, and software testing * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field * Strong analytical and communication skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $43.00/hr.
