*TEKsystems* is hiring a large group of *Call Center Representatives* to work for a client located in the *Melville, NY* area. These positions will offer an *ONSITE* schedule for both training and normal shift.
*This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. The position is open due to* *rapid growth with the client.* *Job Description* -Set appointments via inbound/outbound calls from call center (60-70 calls per day) -Update patient demographics and pre-register in EPIC -Capture, enter and report data accurately -Ensure services are provided in a timely manner *Qualifications* -1-2 years of RECENT call center experience or 1-2 years of RECENT medical receptionsit experience -Healthcare Experience/EMR system experience is a plus but not required -Experience with updating software database of some sort *Work Environment/Shift/Additional information* Monday- Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday off, Saturday hours *This position is of immediate need/immediate hire looking to start in the next couple of weeks.* * * *If interested, please apply with your most up to date resume and a recruiter will contact you as soon as possible!
