AI Integration and Automation Intern

We are seeking a Summer Business Intern to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience developing internal tools and data workflows to support Choisys Technology's proposal and business development processes. This intern will lead efforts to structure awarded contract data, build reusable AI-driven templates, and develop automation processes to optimize data management within platforms such as SharePoint and AwardedAI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-based templates for use in recruiting and proposal workflows
• Capture and structure federal award data for internal knowledge reuse
• Explore automation opportunities for internal communication and data storage
• Prototype push/pull data systems between SharePoint and internal knowledge tools
• Document work in progress, outcomes, and contribute to a transition-ready knowledge base
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
• Proficient in Python and experienced in data structuring
• Familiar with AI integration tools and scripting practices
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and communication ability
• Interest in federal contracting, data workflows, or business process automation
