Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.



Responsibilities

The Portfolio Assistant will support the DAT, which plans, coordinates, conducts, and documents Joint, Interservice and service-specific experiments, assessments, and demonstrations.

    The Portfolio Assistant will support all aspects of the Operations and Cyber DAT Portfolios, assisting the Portfolio Manager
  • The Portfolio Assistant will liaise with Functional Area Managers and Portfolio Managers in the daily execution of Ops and Cyber Technical Instructions
  • Will work in a small team and with Government customers to plan events, travel to and execute events, analyze test data, and develop test reports and briefings


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a financial area (Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, etc.) and 8-10 years of related work experience; a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
  • Proficient in MS Excel (develop functions, calculations, V Lookups, Concatenation of Tables, Pivot tables, sorting, filters, linking cells and tabs across worksheets)
  • Proficient in MS Word and able to communicate articulately and professionally with other DAT staff (government and contractors)


Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $89,800.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
