Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Non-remote employees must be willing to work this schedule. Osaic is open to remote applicants for this position.

Role Type: Full time

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + Sales Incentive Compensation

Summary:

We have an opportunity for a Annuity Case Designer within Highland Capital Brokerage, a member of Osaic. This position may be a remote position or work in one of our many brick-and-mortar offices throughout the country as a part of a highly collaborative team.

The Annuity Case Designer will work alongside the Regional Vice Presidents in assisting financial advisors and independent agents with annuity business. The role will be responsible for helping increase overall annuity sales. The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt with change. This position could evolve into a full-time Regional Vice President in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the annuity sales team by running annuity illustrations and case design in a timely manner
  • Assist advisors and sales team with carrier and product information, current rates/caps, fulfilling supply requests
  • Respond in a timely manner meeting company service levels) for all service and solicitation requests
  • Answer overflow calls from the phone queue
  • Assist with email campaigns and webinars by following up on engaged prospects and writing advisors
  • Assist sales team by prospecting, setting appointments and follow up meetings

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical experience will be considered

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in annuity case designing or a similar role within an IMO, FMO, BGA, or insurance carrier environment.
  • Strong understanding of annuity products including fixed, indexed, and MYGAs, as well as carrier-specific requirements and suitability standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM platforms, and carrier submission portals.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with platforms such as FireLight, iPipeline.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., LOMA, NAIFA, or designations like CSA or CLU) are a plus.
  • Securities registration preferred.
  • Experience working directly with independent financial advisors or agents.
