Schedule: 7:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $16/hr. (Depending on experience)

Essential Tasks:



  • Answer phones, take messages, greet visitors, and manage front-desk communication.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and various documents.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document organization tasks.
  • Support purchasing, scheduling, and shipping functions as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with timekeeping and basic accounting.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and ensure overall office operations run smoothly.




Qualified candidates will have three years of related experience, phone and computer skills.
