Job Title: Sales and Customer Support Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual
Location: Torrance, CA (onsite)
Work hour: 9:00 am- 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
FLSA: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-Hire
OVERVIEW
A leading global manufacturer of commercial food equipment is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Sales and Customer Support Coordinator to join their growing team in Torrance, CA. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will assist the Sales team with quotations, contracts, invoices, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of B2B customer service experience and a passion for Japanese food. Japanese bilingual skills or cultural understanding is a strong plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:
Assist the Sales team with the preparation and processing of quotations, contracts, and invoices.
Handle order processing, coordinate shipping arrangements, and manage inventory.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate products deliveries and provide basic operational training to customers.
Manage and update customer information and sales progress records using CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Compile and prepare sales reports and relevant data for internal meetings and presentations.
Support the Sales Manager by preparing regular sales activity reports.
Assist in organizing and attending exhibitions and trade shows to support sales efforts.
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the Sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of B2B customer service experience required.

Japanese Bilingual is required - conversational level requried.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Japanese bilingual fluency is a big plus.
Passion for Japanese food and/or familiarity with Japanese culture is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
