Position Details:

• Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Employment Type: 90-Day Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, triage, and test defective wireless electronics with precision and care.
• Disassemble and repair or replace loose, worn, or defective components and wiring using hand tools.
• Count, scan, and receive inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain sales records, prepare inventory, and order merchandise as needed.
• Package and ship devices back to customers, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Stay current on all assigned training courses to enhance repair techniques and processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed company repair standards and adhere to best practices for safety and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• No prior repair experience required-just a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• High energy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and handle warehouse responsibilities with ease.
• Commitment to company policies and core values.

Work Environment:

• Operate in a warehouse setting, utilizing small tools, proprietary equipment, and software provided by OEM partners.
• Exposure to electronic repair equipment, such as solder stations and warming tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and walk.
• Frequent use of hands for handling and repairing devices.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and standing for extended periods.
