Sr IT SOX Compliance Analyst

Under limited supervision, supports Financial Compliance governance, risk, and compliance processes as it relates to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).

Essential Functions:

• Monitors and reports internal SOX compliance against external regulations and industry standards.
• Performs risk assessments, oversight, and reporting activities to meet regulatory and legal information technology SOX compliance requirements.
• Provides recommendations to complex issues and guidance to those in less senior positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training. Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum Experience:

• Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or governance risk and compliance environment. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industry standards
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: IT SOX Qualification, Change management experience, Logical access, Workiva experience, SailPoint experience, Audit testing experience

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month Colorado Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,444.28/month New York Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,898.39/month New York City Pay Range: $7,882.48/month - $10,898.39/month

Additional Details: The desired locations for this position would be Collierville, TN or Plano, TX. This position is not eligible for relocation.
