Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

- Business

- Computer Science

- Electronics

- Engineering

Information Technology - 6 years

- Professional experience in computer systems hardware/software maintenance or equivalent.

Management experience of both technical and professionals - (Preferred)

Novell CAN/CNE or Certified Microsoft MCSE/MCP preferred - (Preferred)

Design, develop, implement & manage service & project management plans - (Preferred)

Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, networking & operating systems software - (Preferred)

Must currently be a member of FedEx management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed

Some travel required
