Position: Concrete Team Member
Shift: First Shift | Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM
(That's 4 days on, 3 days off - hello long weekends!)
Pay: NEW Starting Rate: $17/hr
Plus Quarterly Bonuses - average$9,500 annually!

Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Stable work history
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Summary

This position has a broad scope as it combines hard labor and technical skill with accountability. As a working member of production, the individual must be proficient in the technical aspects of products and processes. The Process Technician must be skilled in workplace organization, problem solving, and an efficient communicator. A strong focus for this position is to motivate fellow team members and support production goals; including but not limited to, safety, schedule adherence, productivity, quality and continuous improvement.

Principal Responsibilities, (Other duties may be assigned)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the principal accountabilities.

1. Operate within facility safety guidelines and promote the use of safe practices.

2. Able to interpret engineering drawings, use measuring equipment, and determine product quality relative to tolerance.

3. Set-up, operate, and maintain non-CNC equipment used in production including appropriate documentation.

4. Ability to work independently or as a team member to communicate daily goals and run production.

5. Participate with cross-training to become proficient with all products and processes.

6. Work to improve the accuracy of production documentation; i.e. BOM, routing data, work instructions, quality criteria, etc.

7. Provide input to General Manager regarding production goals, team member performance, and strategic planning.

8. Actively promote/direct daily housekeeping, workplace organization (5S), and equipment maintenance to ensure the entire cell is in tour ready condition.

9. Encourage and support team members to implementation continuous improvement ideas.
