Responsible for resolving technical issues across large, multi-product implementations. Responsible for designing business solutions posed by increasingly complex industry challenges. Prioritizes issues and projects by fully understanding business impact to client. Serves as escalation point for complex customer issues or clients in general. Extensive communication with the customer managing information flow, providing status updates, determining best path for issue investigation and delivering resolution. Conducts weekly/monthly issues/project reviews with client. Provide comprehensive internal updates to Sr. Management regarding key accounts. Mentors and trains newer team members, provides career guidance, and may conduct performance reviews. Provides base enhancement suggestions and recommendations for product improvements to MA's Product Management. Has Design Lead responsibilities in developing complex business solutions across multiple products/platforms. Serves as Project Manager on large or complex projects or internal initiatives. Individual contributor or spends only small portion of time managing others. Has either independent responsibility for or works with others in developing publications, white papers and presentations. Participates in recruiting activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
  • 10 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing packaged application software
  • 8 years of experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
  • 8 years of experience implementing in IBMi, Unix, Linux or Windows operating systems
  • 8 years of experience implementing software in any supply chain domain
  • May require up to 50% travel.
