This role will be instrumental in designing, managing, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our sales organization. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and equip our revenue teams with the tools and insights needed to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Tools Ownership & Optimization
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of sales technology platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, D&B).
- Ensure tools are configured to support business needs, user-friendly, and fully adopted across the sales team.
- Act as the liaison between sales, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, roll out updates, and drive usage.
Process Design & Improvement
- Define, document, and continuously improve core sales processes across the funnel - from lead qualification and opportunity creation to closing and renewal.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve sales rep productivity, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain clear handoffs between teams (e.g., marketing, SDRs, AEs, CSMs).
Customer & Account Data Strategy
- Own the architecture, cleanliness, and completeness of customer and account data across systems and SFDC objects (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Accounts)
- Build and enforce data governance practices that ensure data integrity, standardization, and compliance.
- Drive segmentation strategies and territory models that are powered by accurate, actionable data.
Sales Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into performance, pipeline health, and key operational metrics.
- Partner with sales leadership to deliver insights that drive strategy, coaching, and forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze account-level and contact-level data to uncover trends and recommend actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to ensure tools and data strategies are aligned with go-to-market goals.
- Act as the operational backbone of the sales team, translating strategic objectives into systems and processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement with a focus on tools and data.
- Deep expertise in managing sales technology (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, etc.) and sales data platforms.
- Proven success in designing and optimizing sales processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and a high comfort level working with complex datasets.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $100,000-$110,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
