Dispatcher/Service Manager
Position Summary:
Are you ready to be an integral part of our team? We're seeking aDispatcher / Service Managerto be the backbone of our branch, focusing on dispatching and managing the day of our growing technician team.
Open Office and a team-oriented type environment:
Hours are M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm Starting pay: $27-$30 based on experience.
Essential Functions:
Logistics Pro:
Manage service operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. Oversee dispatching and scheduling of service personnel. Monitor and optimize response times to customer requests.
Task Maestro:
Create work orders, disseminate parts to technicians
, communicate with customers.
Office Maven:
Proficiency with Microsoft office is a must as well as integration with 3rd Party/Manufacturer Service Portals.
Customer Champion:
Communicate effectively with customers and resolve service-related inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Safety Advocate:
Prioritize safety and follow our accident prevention procedures.
Adaptable Dynamo:
Embrace growth in your role and be open to new opportunities assigned by the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Team Player:
This is a non-supervisory role, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Your actions can impact people, finances, and our organization's reputation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience Insight:
Preferred two years of education and/or experience in a related field, such as dispatcher or operations, especially in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional Communicator:
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Clean Slate:
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Must be 18 years or older.
Self-Motivated and Organized:
Excel at working independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-Savvy
: Proficient in operating computers and office equipment.
Physical Demands:
Office Oasis:
Primarily, work in a typical office environment.
Occasional Lifting:
Light lifting of office equipment, supplies, and boxes may be needed.
Balanced Posture:
A mix of sitting, walking, and standing throughout your day.
