Job DetailsJOB SUMMARY The Global Training Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs for the sales force and clinical specialists supporting vascular closure and interventional cardiology products. This role will focus on enhancing sales effectiveness, clinical competency, and competitive differentiation by delivering best-in-class training solutions. The position requires collaboration with sales leadership, marketing, R&D, and medical education teams to drive knowledge retention, field execution, and business growth. Education Level Experience 7+ years of experience - Sales training, sales management, or clinical education within the medical device industry (vascular closure or interventional cardiology preferred) and electrophysiologist or interventional cardiology nurse or technologist Skill Sets Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Manage administrative tasks related to training (Credentialing Letters, Insurance renewal - sent to team for credentialing annually, GHX & Vendormate registration for entire US Interventional Technologies team, Order Lead for IC team) Certifications: Licensed nurse, tech, PA - Preferred Certified corporate training, adult learning methodologies, or sales enablement is preferred. - Preferred Travel Expectations: Less than 20%, Candidates preferred in MA or MN. Physical Demands Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds. EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
