Are you a Big 4 alum ready to make a high-impact move? We're looking for a hands-on, driven, and detail-obsessed accounting professional to join our team as Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting. This is a high-visibility role that directly supports executive leadership and plays a critical part in shaping our financial reporting strategy in a growth-minded environment!

You'll work alongside a passionate team, tackle complex technical accounting challenges, and lead the charge on SEC reporting, policy development, and compliance. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love diving deep into the technical side of accounting, this is your moment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the preparation and review of the Company's quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K) and oversee all XBRL tagging.

  • Prepare financial statements, including statement of cash flows.

  • Research complex accounting matters, prepare technical accounting memos, review third-party valuation reports, implement new accounting guidance and help manage global accounting policies.

  • Facilitate internal and external review processes, including legal counsel, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Support certain areas of Global Accounting, including Equity, Revenue Recognition, Leases, Hedges and Derivatives and Debt Accounting.

  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations for areas managed by the technical accounting team.

  • Assist in the review of required compliance certificates due to our lenders.

  • Analyze client contracts under ASC 606, including accounting for costs to obtain and fulfill.

  • Execute all responsibilities in compliance with our SOX 404 internal control framework.

Education/Demonstrated Experience/Role Success Factors

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required

  • CPA required

  • Passion for financial reporting and researching technical accounting matters

  • Ability to benchmark and draft new footnote disclosures and support technical accounting positions

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills with experience in meeting strict deadlines

  • Reliable and dependable with proven ability to manage and mentor team members

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a virtual environment

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

91,000.00

Maximum :

202,900.00
