Join our Luxemburg, Wisconsin, USA team as a Resource Operator. This is a night shift role on a 2-2-3 schedule, 6 PM to 6 AM

What this role is all about:

The Resource Operator performs all duties of the HTST, Vat and Cheese Plant Operator positions as well an any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

• Perform all CIP's, Master Sanitation items, and titrations to insure a high standard of sanitation.

• Monitor and coordinate daily activities on the packaging line to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

• Troubleshoots out-of-spec centerlines, unplanned downtime events & rate loss.

• Executes the changeover/SMED improvement activities with the AOS and Operating Teams.

• Monitor the use of Daily Management Systems. e.g. Centerline and Downtime tracking.

• Train other workers on Operator tasks and act as Production Supervisor as needed.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in food plant manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to analyze information and data, including throughput, scrap, and rework.

• Communicate effectively in both verbally and in writing.

Our Luxemburg, WI, plant is home to about 170 employees. This facility produces mozzarella and provolone cheese, as well as various whey streams.
