Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career About This Role: We are looking for an efficient, flexible, meticulous and self-motivated firmware engineer who is interested in medical devices. You will be joining a company making devices that help over 2 million patients each year. As a member of the firmware team, you will be involved in all areas of medical firmware development including prototyping of new concepts, development of features, unit testing, issue investigations, code maintenance, peer code review, documentation and making jokes with your coworkers. Working on a medical device comes with a lot of regulation firmware must follow. We strive to make the most of every regulatory requirement to achieve a superior quality design. This is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of 50% in-office presence in our San Francisco office. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and on an ongoing basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
