Genesis10 is seeking a Legal Contract Review Consultant with our client in the financial Industry in Shoreview, MN. This is a 6+ month contract position. This role will work on a hybrid schedule and require 3 days per week in the office. Pay Range: $ 30.00 - 35.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience level. Responsibilities: Legal/JD background is required for this position. Document and contract review experience is preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) are crucial Participate in or provide support for low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution Review tactical issues, policies, or procedures with limited scope and low-risk Deliver on defined tasks and provide support on narrow-impact deliverables Receive direct supervision while exercising judgment within established guidelines Develop a working understanding of business execution functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Share findings and updates with internal business execution personnel Required Qualifications: 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Legal or JD background required Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Experience with contract and document review, including commercial banking documents Strong analytical skills - the ability to identify key terms and relationships across lengthy legal documents Understanding of contract structure and legal terminology Ability to interpret and analyze how contract terms relate and connect across documents Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
