The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Systems Specialist to join our DigitalWorkplace and Employee Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITsupport, expertise in system integrations, and a passion for leveraging automation to enhanceproductivity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing integrations between Microsoftproducts and other systems and supporting the implementation and use of automation tools, likeMicrosoft Power Automate, across various teams at Harvard Business Publishing. This position willreport to the Associate Director, Digital Workplace and Employee Infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Offer expertise in integrations between Microsoft products like Entra and Active Directory, and other systems such as Workday or Okta.

  • Understand and support the use cases and security implications of implementing and supporting automation tools, like Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Collaborate with various business units to support automation initiatives and increase productivity.

  • Administer Jira and Confluence to support project management and collaboration.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support, especially for Microsoft products.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise system integrations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You'll stand out if you have

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Active Directory.

  • Experience promoting self-service systems.

  • Experience in administering Jira and Confluence.

  • Experience in a global organization.

  • Experience with PowerShell or other scripting language.

  • Experience administering role-based access control.

$100,000 - $115,000

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
