Job Description:

Application skills-

* Business Analysis / Requirements gathering for MES Electronic Batch record implementation for a pharma client.
* Experience on Werum PAS-X System Administration, GMBRs, PVL, PMBR's, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master Data Designing and developing State Diagrams in MES Determining updates for Master Data, State Diagrams, Experience on SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development.
* Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module
* Experience in Werum PAS-X - Configuration, Customization Experience on Werum PAS-X Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.
* In depth knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP, Electronic Batch records
Other Technical skills:

* Database knowledge and Skilled in SQL queries
* Experience in Troubleshoot the Application related issues in production & non-production environments, Perform impact analysis of business issues at L1, L2, L3 levels.
* Hands-on experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy Service Management, Service Now, Tools group and JIRA Handle of team of 10-15 members, manage communication with customers, Incident and problem reporting.
Good to have: Domain Knowledge-Pharmaceutical/LS, 21 CFR Part 11, well versed with ITIL Process Knowledge, Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing practices of Pharma) and Validated environment of Pharma Manufacturing.

Must have: Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Werum Pas-X issues

Years of experience required - 8-10 Years.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 19th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $66,896 K -$132,500 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
