We're actively seeking a talented Department Coordinator to join our Life New Business team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Organize and manage departmental meetings and facilitate recognition initiatives.

  • Coordinate virtual events as needed, including team-building activities, and virtual gatherings.

  • Support department-wide events, when needed and coordinate logistics with dept senior admin.

  • Meeting minutes and action items follow up

  • Provide calendar support for the team, assisting with scheduling and organizing meetings as required.

  • Support departmental leaders with their scheduling needs.

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires by submitting Service Now requests, coordinating equipment and software needs, and providing first-day assistance.

  • Ensure new team members are added to distribution lists for seamless communication.

  • Assist with project-related tasks, such as creating SharePoint sites to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.

  • Ad-hoc requests.

  • Manage IT and facility requests, including access and software requests, and office reservations.

The experience you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role

  • Organized, detail oriented and multitasker

  • Experience with supporting leaders in an administrative capacity within your career

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$24.44 - $29.88
