Key Responsibilities: Brand Ownership: Lead and develop brand concepts in partnership with copywriters. Creative Leadership: Continuously propose new ideas and collaborate with creative, account services, production, and extended teams. Mentorship: Guide and support fellow art directors, acting as a hands-on art director. Client Engagement: Present and sell ideas internally and to clients. Art Direction: Empower Studio Designers, photographers, illustrators, and external collaborators to help execute creative vision. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends in branding, design, advertising, as well as innovation. Requirements: 3+ years of advertising agency experience. Healthcare advertising experience is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Suite programs. Conceptual Creativity: Ability to think abstractly and generate innovative ideas. Must submit portfolio that shows conceptual ability as well as strong design aesthetic. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
