The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a designated manufacturing area, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is instrumental in leading a high-performing team, optimizing workflows, and consistently achieving or exceeding production targets. Key responsibilities include tracking and analyzing operational metrics such as on-time delivery (OTD), first-pass yield (FPY), scrap and rework rates, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on leader who drives accountability, champions continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, and cultivates a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. Additionally, this role serves as a critical liaison between production, engineering, quality, and other support functions to ensure the seamless execution of business objectives through effective leadership, clear communication, and sound problem-solving. * Associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. U.S. Citizenship required.
