• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the broader SONiC Group.
• Give technical input to the team on DevOps and Release Engineering areas.
• Guide team members technically and participate in the design discussions and code reviews.
• Own deliverables schedule and track progress of the projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management and security.
• Be a role model of company culture and values.
• You will use your domain expertise to participate in technical discussions, you are comfortable going deep into networking areas and providing input to the team whenever necessary.

• 8+ years of hands-on professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps and SRE activities
• Experience with Docker, Containerized environment, Jenkins, Databases, Opensource tools, and Security vulnerabilities

• Experience leading fast paced, high performance agile development teams
• Participate in code reviews in Python whenever required
• You like leading the team from the front, identifying team strengths, build in-house talent and competencies
• Proponent of innovation and process improvements in the team with a focus on improving team productivity
• Excellent written and verbal communications and negotiation skills
