TEKsystems is actively looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst in Green Bay, WI!
Responsibilities: * Communicate effectively with end-users. * Manage user accounts and mobile devices using Azure Active Directory and Intune. * Serve as the primary IT contact, responding to calls, emails, and requests. * Review service desk tickets, document activities, and escalate issues. * Foster cross-team relationships for timely resolutions. * Monitor progress and provide excellent customer service. * Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and software. * Create and maintain documentation. * Offer guidance on system and product usage. Qualifications: * 2-5 years of IT service desk or help desk experience. * Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Bilingual in English and Spanish. * Experience with PC imaging, configuration, and hardware troubleshooting. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
