*Onsite-Carmel, IN* *Technical Skill* * Desktop Support * Intune * PowerShell * Microsoft Configuration Manager/ SCCM * Windows 10 & 11 Support *Overview* Our manufacturing client is looking to hire a Jr. Desktop Engineer. This position is engineer level due to the automation of services. The Jr. Desktop Support Engineer will work to automate services, as well as manage ticketing prioritization. Only 15% of the job will be imaging sequences. This is a manufacturing company, but you will work in the corporate office to support end-users. The IT team has been understaffed, so SLA's and the end-user experience is being impacted due to current work load. Professional experience with Microsoft Intune is required. *Duties* * Package applications for deployment. * Execute PowerShell scripting for Intune packaging. * Manage and maintain imaging sequences in MS Configuration Manager (New SCCM). * Work within Windows 10/11 desktop. * Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work from ticketing system. * Support users locally and remotely at the plant sites * Handle new hire onboarding. * Image computers. * Assist with logistics, package and ship IT assets. * Track and inventory IT assets. * Assist users with configuration and setup * Diagnose A/V system issues. *Shift & Schedule* * 1st shift core hours * Onsite Monday-Friday *Environment* * Manufacturing * Office space * Onsite * Some remote support *Start Date & Interviews* * Two-step interview * 1st Step Virtual * 2nd Step In-person * Start Date: June 2 * Interviews: May 20-May 30 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
