The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a CSSP Manager to support our government customer primarily located in the National Capital Region, (Washington, D.C. and/or Germanton, MD.)

Functional support will also include locations in: Albuquerque NM and Las Vegas, NV

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the CSSP Team and program.

  • Primary liaison between IA Team, CSSP Team, and Federal Oversight. (Along with primary liaison with JFHQ-DODIN on the contractor side as a federal partner)

  • Responsible for the development and compliance of Information Technology (IT) related policies and procedures as the Cybersecurity Service Provider for DOE NNSA.

  • Perform oversight of all CSSP reporting and auditing of subscriber sites.

  • Maintain close coordination with Assessment Team when performing SAV's and Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI's).

  • Establish and maintain working rapports with Subscriber Sites to support compliance and answer questions pertaining to CSSP requirements and activities.

  • Review documentation (policies, procedures) for CSSP.

  • Lead CSSP Working Group Sessions.

  • Perform continuous skill development in technical cybersecurity range services for a minimum of 20 hours per month.

  • Formal business attire is required.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Must obtain and maintain DOE derivative classifier certifications.

  • Must meet certification requirements IAW DCWF DoDD 8140, NNSA, or equivalent training and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be an expert in project and program management with at least 15 years of experience working within the federal government community.

  • Must have experience in managing a team that provides oversight, assessments, makes recommendations, and establishes best practices for improving operations, processes, and outcomes.

  • Must have experience in oversight and assessment activities with existing operational processes.

  • Must have experience providing continuous improvement, leading organizational change, and making recommendations to drive project performance.

  • Must possess strong writing and oral presentation capabilities in developing executive-level briefings, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.

  • Must possess an expert level of understanding of the intricacies and unique relationships NNSA has with DOD, DOE, its Maintenance and Operating (M&O) Contractors, and other external stakeholders, partners, and customers.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a Born or Naturalized U.S. Citizen. For the purposes of this work effort, Green Card or Visa holders are not eligible.

  • Top Secret and/or Q Clearance is required
