From your PASSION to ours

The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator/VMI Analyst is accountable for maintaining the customer's inventory replenishment levels and stock models based on approved targets and schedules. The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator/VMI Analyst will analize and monitor utilization, product availability, pricing, and lead times to prepare the VMI orders. The candidate will lead all order fulfillment activities to offer customer service support to the company's sales efforts. Besides the buying, the CSCC ensures that customer orders are processed, shipped and invoiced. The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator/VMI Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between sales personnel, brokers, distributors, customers and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions. This critial role requires interpersonal and problem solving abilities as well as a process orientation to facilitate resolution to both short term and long-term service issues.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

  • Manages the full end-to-end order to cash business cycle.
  • Ownership of ordering, fulfillment and invoice process including all EDI order data, shipment data and carrier delivery data
  • Ensuring release of invoice for timely billing
  • Resolving all conflicts with orders, including quantity discrepancies, quality lot information for traceability and pricing issues
  • Ownership of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) process and daily activities
  • Serve as the interface between the customer, supply chain and sales on order fulfillment and service-related matters.
  • Enable support tasks, including efficient, accurate order processing & fulfillment of an assigned account base and serve as a liaison between the customer, outside sales, and internal departments
  • Offer solutions to assigned customer accounts based upon specific customer initiatives
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in place and executed for ERP maintenance, error reports review/action as well as audit of customer pricing expectation
  • Proactively communicate to Buyers daily late deliveries, product cuts, order changes
  • Analyze existing order fulfillment processes for possible improvements
  • Coordinate day to day issue resolution of out of stocks, warehouse issues, carrier's issues, or customer order changes
  • Monitor and address deviations on relevant sales order policies including order lead time, pricing, minimum orders, customer pick up, product quality issues at time of delivery, and return authorization practices
  • Ensure follow up on invoice related issues is performed in timely manner (ex, pricing, freight prices, promotions and off invoice deals /deduction discrepancies, and freight/damage claims).
  • Actively participate in meeting customer service teams' metrics
  • Maintain on-hand inventory levels based on actual use and/or planned inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely input and upload of sales data/orders into the system for assigned accounts

Requirements

From your STORY to ours

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; 1-2 years of order management, buying or inventory management experience required ERP experience, preferably SAP
  • IBM CRP and or other supply chain planning tool experience preferred
  • Consumer Package Goods experience preferred
