Job Title: HVAC Service Quality Coordinator Location(s): Milwaukee, WI What You Will Do: As the HVAC Service Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by driving the success of the Parts and WIP Project. Utilizing NxGen enterprise system for managing customer data, service operations, and workflow-you will ensure service delivery meets or exceeds established quality standards. In this role, you will: Monitor and analyze service performance using NxGen to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support the execution of the Parts and WIP Project by ensuring accurate tracking of materials, work-in-progress, and service milestones. Implement quality control measures to enhance service consistency, reduce delays, and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with service teams, parts coordinators, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of service issues. Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about driving operational excellence in a fast-paced service environment. Requirements: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Strong skills in developing, executing, and improving both new and established processes. Ability to prioritize multiple requests effectively. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams. Strong analytical aptitude.
