Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Grand Prairie, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Reporting to the Manager of Commercial & Business Operations, this position will work with the Customer Support team to provide analysis with expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
• Work directly with Customer Support to improve or develop an analytical tool.
• Provide market analysis and business development to support the company's Medium-Term Plan.
• Continuous improvement of the flying hour usage reporting tracker.
• Develop a tool to provide the team with visibility of the AOG status
• CS team workload balance.
• Develop a tool for the management of team workload.
• Become familiar with the CRM tool.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for data sources, processes, and reports to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Additional tasks as needed.
• Participate in monitoring internal controls where necessary to ensure compliance

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Required Skills:
