Position Title: Shipping & Receiving Lead - Direct Hire | Full-Time

We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Lead in Englewood to take full ownership of our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. This is a direct hire position with long-term growth potential and full benefits! What You'll Do: - Manage day-to-day shipping and receiving operations from dock to system - Process incoming materials and outgoing products with accuracy and speed - Ensure documentation and ERP records are correct and up to date - Maintain organization of the warehouse and optimize space utilization - Develop and improve SOPs for shipping, receiving, and inventory control - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to keep production running smoothly - Analyze logistics data to support inventory planning and workflow improvements What You Bring: - Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping logistics - Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management platforms - Ability to interpret technical drawings, shipping documentation, and part specs - Skilled in identifying and correcting inefficiencies in logistics processes - Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail - Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Minimum Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics (manufacturing preferred) - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient with freight carriers, inventory systems, and documentation procedures - Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record Preferred Qualifications: - Forklift certification - Background in regulated industries such as medical, aerospace, defense, or semiconductors - Experience with FedEx/UPS platforms and CAD file familiarity Work Environment: Our facility features modern CNC technology and automation in a clean, organized, and safety-first setting.
