The Opportunity: UCF IT's Project Management Office (PMO) seeks applicants for an Associate Director, IT Project and Planning. The IT PMO Associate Director directs the day-to-day operations of the IT project management office. This position partners with leadership to ensure project portfolio, policy, and practices align with University strategy and goals. The Associate Director drives the team for continuous process improvement, transparency in communication, and professional growth. We are seeking candidates with extensive technology project management experience, a proven track record leading PMOs, and deep expertise in agile methodologies, portfolio management, and process improvement. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years of leadership experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10 with at least 2+ years of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Special Instructions to the Applicants: This is not a remote position. Up to 1-3 hybrid workdays per week may be available following a probationary period, depending on university policy, work duties, and supervisor approval. The anticipated salary range for this position is $104,664 to $130,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
